New Construction Design
Building your dream home from the ground up is exciting and overwhelming. Nothing feels scarier than the thought of making a mistake with such a large (and important) investment.
Future proof your decisions by working with us to create a one of a kind home that speaks to your style and everyday needs. We’ll select everything from finishes to lighting, flooring to paint, and all the decisions in between. Once your design is complete we’ll prepare all the details for your contractor so they can build your dream home.

Full Service Design
We will guide you through the process of bringing your dream space to life. We’ll create furniture layouts, source all the items for your design, schedule any cosmetic work needed (like paint or wallpaper), and be there to oversee all the details for a successful installation day, including finding the perfect finishing touches to tie it all together.
Each proposal is customized to include the level of support you need to enjoy a beautiful room and a stress-free design experience.
Design fees begin at $3,500 for one room
Suggested furnishing budget $20,000 and up
Builder Services
Are you a builder or developer looking to elevate the interior and exterior design of your next project so you can focus on your craft and improve the experience for your clients? My background working with developers, builders, and investors has allowed me to develop a streamlined process for partnering with industry professionals to ensure a timeless design, an efficient experience, and a high return on investment — not just financially, but also in time, saleability, and client satisfaction.

If after your Discovery Call we determine it’s a good fit, we’ll book your In-Person Consultation to see your space (or review your plans!) and answer any questions you have about working together. Personality fit is just as important as aesthetic fit and we’ll be in it for the long-haul!
STEP THREE
Review Your Custom Design Proposal
After the In-Person Consultation, we’ll have all the details we need to prepare your customized design proposal so you know exactly what to expect before signing on the dotted line. We’ll be eager to welcome you to the Saint Alabaster Design family.
