Shipping + Handling
All purchases ship from Los Angeles, CA via US Priority Mail, while samples are shipped via US First Class Mail. Ordinarily, your order will ship the next business day from date of purchase.
Orders placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday. This is to ensure that our products do not sit in unregulated temperatures over the weekend. Our studio is closed on weekends and holidays.
Please allow 6-30 business days for processing international orders, excluding any customs delays.
International orders will generally be shipped via International Priority Mail. Please feel free to email us at email@example.com if you have special shipping requests.
Saint Alabaster is not responsible for any delays incurred due to international customs issues, nor any additional duties or taxes your country may require.
No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holds or duty fees beyond our control.
Re/Charge Return Program Policy
TIME IS MONEY, HONEY. Customers have 21 days from date-of-purchase to complete return of empty product containers using the Saint Alabaster shipping label included with Re/Charge purchase. The shipping label will automatically expire after 22 days of inactivity. Containers may be returned at customer's expense anytime beyond 22 days of Re/Charge purchase.
Returns + Exchanges
All Saint Alabaster products are guaranteed for 30 days. If you're unhappy with our products we will refund your order, simple as that. Just give us a holler at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To protect our customers, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our products prior to your purchase.
